Delivery T&C

 

Minimum order of $40 (after discount & GST) is required for all delivery areas.

Delivery charge of $10 or $15 (before GST) applies for all deliveries Islandwide, pricing depending on location. 

Any promotional offering is not available with multiple discounts.

Delivery time may vary due to bad weather and to help ensure the safety of our delivery riders, delivery may be temporary unavailable in selected areas due to bad weather and unforeseen circumstances.

We are not accepting any orders into Jurong Island and Restricted areas with pass exchange.

Delivery Hours: 11 am – 6 pm

We are CLOSED on SUNDAYS & Public Holidays.

Operating Hours of WhatsApp Hotline: 9 am – 5:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Last Order For Same-Day Delivery: 3 pm

Special Occasion

Please order (1) day in advance for delivery on Eve of Public Holiday. 

 

Only Credit Card payment is accepted at the moment.

Prices and information may be subjected to changes without prior notice.

Prices shown in Menu are inclusive of GST. Pictures shown may not be representative of the actual items.

Quantity of condiments assigned to each order will be allocated based on standard packing guidelines.

Order cancellation refund request with less than 2 hours before delivery time is subjected to a 30% penalty fee once order has been made.

A $10 admin fee payable in cash is imposed for a change of delivery address upon confirmation and payment of orders and requires a 2 hours notification before it can be accepted.

To ensure freshness, food should be consumed within 3 hours upon receiving and within the same order date.

Please kindly note that all special requests may be subjected to availability and additional charges.

Please allow for additional delivery time in the event of changes to orders after confirmation.

Pickup T&C

 

No minimum order amount is required for pickup (before GST).

Estimated waiting time for orders is 60 mins.

Kindly note that waiting time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and during peak periods.

Pickup Period :

11am – 5:15pm (Monday to Friday)

11am – 4:15pm (Saturday)

We are CLOSED on SUNDAYS & Public Holidays.

Kindly present your payment confirmation order number or mobile SMS receipt upon collection of order at the store.
